Sheri is fast approaching the big 3-0 and is desperate to turn her life around, starting with getting into shape. But when she becomes caught between the fitness philosophies of two personal trainers, she soon realises there is a lot more at stake than just her thigh gap. A darkly comic new play that interrogates the judgments we make about fat and fitness.
